Meals on Wheels of Randolph County

The program utilizes community volunteers to deliver homemade meals prepared by Davis Medical Center to disabled individuals in need and/or senior citizens within our community. The meals are either free or extremely low cost depending on the client's income.

VITA
United Way partners with the IRS to provide the Volunteer Income Tax Assistance program to our community. Eligible households can receive free, accurate income tax preparation services to ensure they receive their maximum refund.
ALICE
Asset-Limited, Income-Constrained, Employed: ALICE represents the 28% of West Virginians who work, but still struggle to make ends meet. Earning just above the Federal Poverty Level, these households often don’t qualify for government assistance, leaving them to make difficult financial decisions every day.
Banzai
In partnership with Fairmont Federal Credit Union, Banzai delivers individualized, easy to understand courses covering a wealth of financial topics. From paying student loans to planning for retirement, there is something for everyone.
THRIVE AmeriCorps
Financial Security extends beyond tax season. THRIVE AmeriCorps members are embedded throughout our region to deliver free tax preparation and year-round financial education, focusing on budgeting, saving, credit, and more.
